Removing Old Network Card

Create environmental variable:
DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
Reboot, then go into device manager and VIEW\SHOW HIDDEN DEVICES.
You will then see all of the hardware ghosts. Right click and uninstall under network adapters.
